The Bredon Hill Group of Parishes is a cluster of four benefices which surround Bredon Hill. It includes the Parish of Bredon, the Beckford Group of Parishes, the Elmley Castle Group of Parishes, and Eckington with Defford and Besford.
The group is served by four stipendiary clergy including a curate in training, one non stipendiary and three readers. We are blessed by the support of active retired clergy and a retired Church Army Captain. There are also enthusiastic local ministry teams in two of the benefices.
These parishes are seeking to work together, following the reduction in stipendiary clergy, to ensure that together we continue to rise to the challenge of growing God’s Kingdom in the communities which we serve.
